Alcohol

The Hall at Fauntleroy offers full bar services through Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering. We offer hosted or no hosted bar packages to fit your needs.

Clients may be permitted to provide their own beer and wine. You purchase the product and deliver it to us the week of your event (delivery time to be pre scheduled). We will chill your beer and wine, set it up and serve it. We also discard and recycle all of the boxes and bottles and package any beer and wine not used for you to take with you. For this service, we charge a handling fee on all items brought in.

            $10.00 per bottle of wine or champagne
            $15.00 per case of beer
            $50.00 per keg of beer

This handling fee is charged on all items brought in to the hall regardless of what is consumed.

Washington State requires anyone distributing liquor of any nature to purchase a banquet license and have it prominently displayed. If you provide the alcohol you must purchase a license at any State liquor store. The license must be received in our office 7 days prior to your event.

If you choose to offer your guests hard alcohol Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering must handle the entire bar service including beer and wine.

Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering must provide bar staff for all events serving alcohol. Bartenders are $25 - $30 per hour with a four hour minimum. The number of bartenders required will vary depending on the guest count and alcohol selection you wish to provide.

Service

A lead server is required to be on site for the entire contracted time of your event at $30.00 per hour. Additional servers at $22.00 per hour are dependant on guest count and menu. Staffing to be determined based on event details.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of your estimated final balance is due in our office 2 months prior to your event. The balance of your bill is due one day prior to your event.
